CDM Validation/Registration Process

  • PDF

Validation is a requirement for registration of the CDM project and consequent issuance of CERs. Validation is an assessment by a DOE whether the project design of the proposed CDM project activity meets the CDM requirements and its approximated reductions.

The DOE assesses the project design, the selected baseline scenario and the monitoring plan to verify that all applicable criteria are met. The validation includes a 30-day public hearing that allows stakeholders to comment on client’s project.

FID-MASCI’s staff consist of experienced professionals and technical experts in Energy industries, Energy demand, Manufacturing, Waste handling and disposal, and Agriculture.
